Bring your best brisket, chicken, and rib recipes for some fierce competition. We also have optional categories of beans and Bloody Marys. 100% payout with trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and LOTS of prizes. Bring your cookers and come out for some fun in the Shivaree sun.

• Judging:
  • Friday 7:30 pm – Bloody Marys
  • Saturday 11:30 am – Beans
  • Saturday 12 noon – Chicken
  • Saturday 1:30 pm – Ribs
  • Saturday 3:00 pm – Brisket
• 30’ x 40’ Team Space - NO Team Limit
• Entry Form must be paid & completely filled out with signature!
